Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type 2- Coronavirus-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus Vaccine, Modified Live and Killed Virus.
Dosage/Administration: Inject at 6 weeks of age or older. Repeat at 2-4 week intervals until the dog is 12 weeks of age.
Two doses are required for primary immunization when they are a puppy. Annual revaccination with one dose is recommend. Do
not vaccinate pregnant bitches.
How to vaccinate: This vaccine is done under the skin and not in the muscle. Suggested vaccination site. Under the loose
skin in the back of the neck. Lift up the skin in the back of the neck like a tent and inject the needle in the door of the
tent sideways as to not go into the muscle. If you pull pack on the plunger and there is no blood you are not in the muscle.
Step 1: There are 2 vials. Transfer contents of liquid vial into vial of dried material.
Step 2: Shake well.
Step 3: Withdraw mixture into syringe.
Step 4: To administer subcutaneously, gently grasp and elevate a fold of loose skin.
Step 5: Insert the needle into the loose tissue under the skin.
